We wish to introduce ourselves as a quality conscious manufacturer
& exporter of steel forgings and auto parts. We are Certified
as an
ISO 9001:2000
company by UKAS
( UNIDED REGISTRARS OF SYSTEMS, UK ) .
This unit is
located in a sprawling area of 6500 square yard at the industrial
hub of Ludhiana. Despite having production capacity of
3000Tons/Annum we are stepping up our production from the existing
level of 100Tons/month very systematically looking into the
quality aspect of total customer satisfaction. It is proposed to
enhance our production by further 25Tons/Month during the next
quarter. Our products are emerging from conclaves of
qualified/experienced team fully involved in
production/development. We gladly proclaim that we are exporting
our products to Europe, Africa & Middle East. This imparts us
confidence to approach domestic/overseas customer eyeing for
quality suppliers.
We
have approved already approached UKAS (United Registrars of
Systems) for ISO9001:2000 accreditations by them. The
relative activities are on and we are confident of getting
certified before May 2004.
Our
company’s promoters are the founders of Raghbir Automobiles
Spares manufacturing auto parts since 1981 and our quality is well
appreciated by customers in India and abroad.
By constant up gradation of technology and equipments
RAGHBIR EXPORTS is fully geared to meet the challenges of the 21st
Century and provide Quality Forgings at competitive prices and
timely deliveries for achieving customer satisfaction.
We have a strong of latest forging manufacturing and machining
facilities in our group company i.e. ISHMEET FORGINGS Pvt. Ltd. (IFPL).
We can produce forgings ranging in weight from 75 grams up to 30
kg. We
can make all types of Rough Forgings as well as machined products
as per customer's requirements and specifications in accordance
with IS, DIN, BS, ASTM standards. |
